I recently published, The Courage to Exist in Daylight. It is available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. I have started a new work of fiction about the fight to find and commemorate the many missing and murdered indigenous women.
The Lost Women Project

If you saw the 2018 film Wind River, there’s a title card at the end that details how no statistics are kept about missing Native American women–the only demographic not kept–and that nobody even knows how many are missing.
Native women are a population who experience some of the highest rates of murder, as well as domestic and sexual violence.
It hit home for me and inspired me to craft my next WIP around dynamic, dignified Native women, and hopefully contribute to the conversation, awareness, and action surrounding this devastating problem.
